The accommodation

This is what it's like here.

Egon is the rustic one among the huts by the house, eight square metres of wood, and it stands where it is most practical: right beside the entrance to the house. That sounds unspectacular, but it is the reason many people book it again. Bathroom, toilet and shower are a few steps away, not at the other end of the garden. If you have to get up at night, you're there and back in ten seconds, without shoes, without a torch, without crossing the wet lawn.

Inside, a pale ribbed wall, a pull-out bed with a reading lamp, eighty by two hundred centimetres, one hundred and sixty by two hundred when pulled out, a table and chair by the window, and a chest of drawers with the cooking facilities inside it - basin on top, pan and pot in the drawer. In front of the hut, its own seating area with a parasol and a table laid in green and white. For cool evenings in spring and autumn there is an infrared heater.

Good to know

Egon is a seasonal hut. It is not let over the winter months because it cannot be heated continuously. From spring to autumn it is there.

Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with other guests.

Smoking is allowed on the grounds; events are not permitted.

Pets are welcome. There is an extra 9,00 € per animal per night, which covers the additional cleaning. Please say in your enquiry which animal is coming.

If your dog is allowed on the bed: please bring your own blanket or throw. It costs you nothing and us no bed linen.

During the harvest the offer applies here as everywhere: help out for three to four hours picking and sorting, and get one night free. Just mention it in your enquiry.

To do the maths: two people, five nights. (36,00 € + 24,00 €) × 5 nights = 300,00 €, plus a one-off 15,00 € for final cleaning. Total 315,00 €.

The longer you stay, the cheaper the night gets. The scale above applies to the first person; each additional person costs 24,00 € per night. The final cleaning is charged once, regardless of how long you stay. We will set out the full total for you in the reply to your enquiry, before anything becomes binding.
